What are your opening hours?
We are open M-F from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Do you offer loaner vehicles?
We do not currently have loaner vehicles.
Do you offer shuttle services?
We do not currently offer a shuttle service. However, we may be able to coordinate a ride within a certain radius.

Can I call to get a quote over the phone?
We pride ourselves on making sure our estimates are accurate. Vehicle year, make, model and VIN are not enough information on modern vehicles. Many factors are at play. When we give you a price, we don’t want there to be any surprises. We put all of our energy into getting vehicles done, and done right. We are not competing on price as we are more concerned with value and your satisfaction.

You have a dog as your shop mascot. Is he friendly and safe?
Bub, our shop mascot, is an IDAPI program graduate! He has been through obedience training with Idaho State Prison inmates, which is set up with the Idaho Humane Society.
I think my car needs a repair. What should I do?
Most customer concerns are easily solved by bringing the vehicle into the shop! Routine maintenance (oil changes), performed at a repair shop by a trained and certified technician can help prevent some concerns before they start. Call us to schedule an appointment or schedule one online.
How long do automotive repairs take?
Repair times vary. For all new customers, we need at least two hours with your vehicle to perform a Standard Vehicle Health Report and for any diagnostics related to your specific concern(s). For more information, please give us a call or email us!
How long does an oil change take?
If the vehicle has been in the shop before, expect a one-hour oil change. The first time we see a vehicle, we spend about one hour inspecting and documenting fluid conditions and common wear items such as tires and rubber suspension bushings.
What is the difference between an inspection and diagnotics?
An inspection is a quick visual check for a customer concern. Testing (sometimes called diagnostics) is a comprehensive look into a specific concern. It includes verifying the concern, testing to find the cause and the root cause of the concern.
How can you work on all vehicle makes and models?
We are an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certified shop. ASE certification is based upon vehicle subsystems rather than vehicle manufacturers. We also verify specifications on every vehicle we work on from the manufacturer itself. We are working on a more in-depth article on this topic as we find it important.
